You start by creating a feedback form for a recent or upcoming event to send to your colleagues (up to 1 month from the current date). You then add questions, choosing from a range of formats such as ratings, open text questions, or yes/no questions. In case you feel stuck, we also provide you with a question bank of common questions for you to select from. You will then be given two links: one to send to the group of peers you would like to receive feedback from, and one for you to review the feedback as it comes in.

EKO is completely anonymised, and as a result we don’t require a login or any personal details from you.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve lost your link. If you sent the link via email you may be able to find it in your email sent box. We do not save any links and we will not be able to provide you with any lost links so please ensure you save them in a safe place! Those links will be alive until 1 week after expiration date for feedback, after this date, the links will be inaccessible - a message will show explaining that the data has been deleted.

EKO will delete automatically all the event information and feedback collected one week after the deadline date for feedback.
